It began much earlier — in conversations between two brothers who believed that business, at its best, is built on trust.
Growing up, we watched how trade and relationships shaped livelihoods — and how quickly they faltered when accountability was missing. That belief stayed with us as our professional paths took us in different directions and across different geographies.
One of us moved into engineering and project execution, working closely with complex supply chains and seeing firsthand how sourcing breaks down when clarity and oversight are absent.
The other built a career in finance and compliance, understanding how governance, discipline, and risk management determine long-term credibility in global markets.
